With This Mouse, Cut This Hair

No amount of snow and freezing temperatures could stop people watching yesterdays removal of the hair from a Cork head. Like.
Thanks to technology, a lot of people like myself watched online.
And if you missed out, don’t fret, for I now give you the power with your own hand to hover on that same Cork head and remove all that unneccessary hair.
Wasn’t that fun? If you’re not getting any rollover fun, just like on Valentine’s Day, it’s because the version of whatever browser you’re using is not one of the several I tested. And this is where webwork is a pain in the backside.
Eddie Delahunt, after a long day reported at 1:00 am that over $3,500 was raised yesterday, with more coming in.

Yes, it was fun! (The mouse/hair thing.) And, I just saw a play-by-play at Tir na Blog while doing research for IBA voting.
I’ve been meaning to share with you that because of your mention of The Fuschia Band, I made a point to catch a show of theirs in Milwaukee last August (ahhh, August). Terrific, ar ndóigh! I probably would’ve seen them anyway since their stage was thisclose to An Ghaeltacht ansiúd. But thank you nonetheless.

Brillant job on the pictures! Lord you would think they were taken in the same room and all! Fair play! Hup! Thanks for the support and helping us get the word out!
Kelly, maybe you would have but at least looking out for them meant you weren’t likely to miss them by slipping off for a quick corn dog, or a visit to Johnny that does be on the spot. I think even more people in 2007 will be catching shows by The Fuchsia Band - and deservedly so.
Máirtín, you did a great job juggling the live crowd and the video camera. I especially liked it when we would hear Mitra tell you something and then yourself say it to us on camera.
And I liked listening to all the conversations around the counter right up to the window.
Sorry I couldn’t be there but excellent job!
