Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance in Kansas City
Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance Irish dancing show is coming to the Kansas City area for 3 shows on October 31, 2009 and November 1, 2009 at Johnson County Community College.
The October 31st show, yes Halloween that most Irish of holidays, is at 8pm and the November 1st shows are at 2pm and 7pm.
Venue
The shows take place in Yardley Hall in the Carlsen Center at Johnson County Community College.

Tickets will be available at the box office starting on September 11, 2009 and will also be available via tickets.com. Call for information from the box office (913) 469-4445.
We’ve spoken about Michael Flately a lot before on IrishKC, and earlier incarnations of this particular Irish dancing spectacular, so there’s nothing else to say really - that hasn’t been said in the links below - but this will be a huge Irish event for many people and great opportunity to see it in town.
Flatley is the creator and producer of the show that’s been running for, I think 14 years now, but as far as I know it’s been some years since he danced in it himself.
