John Morris after the Gaelic Mass
A reminder that you can catch John Morris playing his Irish songs at Walsh’s Corner Cocktails after the Gaelic Mass tomorrow Saturday, March 8, 2008.
It’s just over a month since I last heard Mr Morris’ soulful tones and this is a nice chance to round off an Irish day and ask John to sing in some of that there Gaelic you’ve all just been praying in. He tells me he expects to start at about 8pm.
John has been playing Irish music in Kansas city for more years than, well than I was living in Kansas City, and if you’re lucky he’ll have some of his latest CDs with him: It’s About Time.
John played there along with Eddie, Brett and Gabe a couple of weeks ago and as expected I heard only good things.
