Video Report on Snake Saturday
There’s an almost 2-minute video report by Lori Patterson on Fox 4 on yesterday’s Snake Saturday parade in North Kansas City.
Snake Saturday is so called because in Ireland legend holds it that on the Saturday before St Patrick’s Day all the snakes in Ireland, not yet driven out by the reptile-hating, though ironically dressed in green, saint, had a shamrock-shaped party. (Snakes aren’t given to going out on school nights)
Makes me almost wish I was, well, right here where I am - in Dublin, Ireland.
