Ulster Project: Irish Dancers in Kansas
Although I didn’t share it with you, I was reading in various places about the Ulster Project’s visit to Hutchinson, Kansas recently (here and here for example) - but this photo is so good that I have to share it with you.
The Ulster Project was started in 1975 at the height of the Troubles, and aims to provide a safe and neutral environment in North America for Northern Irish teenagers to discuss the prejudices and stereotypes that frequently contributes to the conflict that has arisen in and around Northern Ireland.
