The Elders at the Kansas International Film Festival
For one night only, on Thursday, September 13, 20007 The Elders: Alive and Live in Ireland is being screened as the kick-off to the Kansas International Film Festival.
Location: Glenwood Arts Theatre at 7:45 pm
Copies of the film and the bonus live CD will be available for purchase after the screening. There are ONLY 300 seats, tickets are $8.00, and can be purchased in advance at the Glenwood Arts Theatre.
The Elders: Alive and Live in Ireland was made by a film crew and 150 American fans as they travel around Ireland with The Elders in 2007. More than a concert film, the result is a 67 minute documentary intertwined with footage from fans.
This film is appropriate for all ages, both in music and content.

This is the only chance you get to see The Elders: Alive and Live in Ireland on the big screen and serves as a perfect bookend for the festival proper which starts the next day, Friday, September 14 2007 and concludes with the World premiere of Melissa Villanueva’s documentary Resting Places -the film narrated by Liam Neeson about roadside memorials that includes an interview with Eddie Delahunt at O’Dowd’s.
