Thailand for a Night in Cork
Back for one-night only - albeit in Cork and TONIGHT, Sunday July 6, 2007, which is just beyond the driving limits of the KC metro area - is part-time Kansas City resident Máirtín de Cógáin’s one-man play Thailand: What’s Love Got To Do With It?.
Now I’m not in Cork - but Donal is, and that’s how I know. Note that it was sold out when Donal tried to go to its one-week run at the Cork Midsummer Festival last month.
This performance of Thailand by The Fuchsia Band front man, is in aid of victims of sex trafficking in Ireland, and is taking place in the Unitarian Church. Admission is €10 and the show starts at 8pm. Let me know how you get on.
