Kansas City Irish Entertainment September 2008
The Kansas City Irish events calendar has been updated to include all of September 2008.
There are now 70 Irish events listed for the month most of them relating to Irish music. More are currently being added.
Highlights include the appearance of Bell X1 on tour from Ireland, the release party of KC trad band Kelly’s 1st album, the 2nd annual Emerald Autumn Irish music concert, and of course the myriad of events celebrating the halfway stage to St Patrick’s Day 2009.
Changes are being made daily, and that includes removals from the list as well as some additions I’m getting ready to tell you about.
Regardless of what I post you should always check with the venue before attending. Flannigan’s Right Hook for example have themselves playing Paddy O’Quigley’s on the evening of September 26, the same evening that O’Malley’s Irish pub has them listed as playing there.
You could always check the list of Irish bands in Kansas City first and then go look at the Irish events calendar.
