Irish Night Game at the T-Bones
Some more information on the Irish Night at the T-Bones on August 1, 2008 from the Irish Museum & Cultural Center (IMCC).
Calling it St. Patrick’s Day in the summer at the T-Bones, the IMCC tells us that The T-Bones will be wearing the green for their Irish night game against the Gary Southshore Railcats.
As we already know, the band Kelly will play, and there will also be other Irish-related activities such as an IMCC volunteer singing Amhrán na bhFiann, the Irish National Anthem, in Irish, and the Irish Brigade Civil War re-enactors presenting the colors.
The special uniforms worn by the T-Bones will be auctioned off for charity during the game.
