Irish Handballers Kansas Trip Success
So how did the Irish handballers do in Kansas? Very well, I think it’s fair to say - bringing home a total of eleven trophies - though RTE calls this a mixed success
Westmeath’s Robert McCarthy Jnr did not, however, win the Boys 19 and Under singles title, which would have given him six titles in a row at these Championships, though he did win the doubles with Billy O’Donnell of the US.
