At Jack Stack BBQ I just got to drink a very nice blend of nine white grape varieties called Evolution.
It is as easy to drink as it boasts, and the perfect summer drink for the middle of November. Honestly
Obviously I was on the Missouri side - at the brand new place on the Plaza. On the Kansas side I believe they’re serving a blend called Creationism.
