Long KC Irish Pub Tenure Ends for Irish Manager
After over six years service with WJ McBride’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, first with the original Overland Park, Kansas Irish Pub, and more recently of the Kansas City, Kansas venue since its opening, Irish General Manager, Justin McCarthy, finished working with WJ McBride’s Irish Pub yesterday.
Long popular with both patrons and staff for his affectionate lack of humour, word on the Irish street has McCarthy returning to Ireland to be involved in a new venture in mushroom farming in County Wicklow.
Meanwhile, the original creators of WJ McBride’s Irish Pub are currently heavily involved in the opening of a new Irish Pub in Branson, Missouri, called Waxy O’Shea’s, which is located in Branson Landing. Be sure to check it out when you tour the Titanic as a dead person.
