Guitar Art
There’s a lot of visitors to Irish KC who come here looking for guitar pictures.
That tends to lead them to this drawing of a guitar-playing Eddie Delahunt, or the more recently posted drawing on this page.
However if you really want to see some guitar art you should check out a neighbour of Mr Delahunt’s Cafe &.
Across the road from ‘Cafe &’ at 4448 Bell Street in Kansas City is Keeshan’s Gallery (816 561 9550), and from today, November 9, 2007 until December 9th Keeshan’s are having a showing of Guitar Art by Ennio Valente
Eddie tells me that he popped over the road last night and got a preview of the exhibition, and was very impressed with the old guitars and mandolins being brought back to life through colourful design. If you are similarly impressed you could join Joe Satriani and Eric Clapton as an owner of a piece by Ennio.
