F.A.I.Q. #1 : What does F.A.I.Q. mean?
In my internet work as primarily an SEM (Search Engine Marketer), I design, build, develop, and maintain websites and webcopy. This means I get to put a menu option on many websites entitled F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions.
They should of course be called RAQ - Rarely Asked Questions, because I rarely come across a case where the FAQ actually represented questions that were asked at all, let alone frequently. How much is shipping if I buy more than three puppies from you and two of them can speak Hungarian?
However as an Irish person living in the Midwest I get asked questions all the time. I get asked the same questions even. Frequently in fact. Mostly it’s my mother on the phone asking me if I’ve cut my hair, or eaten properly - but its the other questions that FAIQ relates to.
People ask me Irish questions all the time. Indeed they even ask me THE Irish Question, but I’m not promising an Irish solution to that Irish problem any time soon. F.A.I.Q. - Frequently Asked Irish Questions - is kind of like an Irish 101 from the perspective of living in Kansas City. It really will be the Irish questions I get asked frequently - except for this one, FAIQ #1, ironically.
Much like my life, they won’t be in any particular order, but maybe if I’m nice (and reputably I’m not) when we get to a big unwieldy number (like seventeen) I’ll organize them for you.

I don’t belive you’re real. In fact I think you’re faiq.
