Cycle Race Painting
Note: I’ve added a painting I did of Ireland’s cycling stage race, The Rás (An Rás Tailteann) to that post about the American cyclist who contends he won last year’s Tour de France.
I’m just leaving his name out of this post as there is no need for a flood of his fans/detractors to come to this post given that it has no new information.
The painting was a commission by the cyclist seen at the front of the small group, and now hangs in his home in Ireland.
I had spent a lot of time watching his team race and time trial in both The Rás and the Tour of Ulster, as well as many one-day races in North County Dublin and in County Meath.
If you’re interested in commissioning a painting by me, well you’ll have to wait until I move to Ireland later in the year, as I am backed up with commissions right now.
Also I can’t do a commission for anything like the prices I have been selling many of my paintings here on Irish KC
