You can watch a 3-minute video on Browne’s Irish Market as featured on Fox4KC.
There’s Irish dancing, music by Mike O’Loughlin’s Irish Roots Cafe Band, and some dodgy Irish spelling (All 3 words in Céad Míle Fáilte should have an accent over a vowel - the fada - not just the first word. It affects pronunciation. Oh and what the report has typed up as “Shanohsee” should be “Sean Nós” ).
Oh and we’re persisting with the use of the term ‘bangers’.
I’ll save the misuse of the phrase “May the road rise to meet you” for another day - but it has nothing to do greeting you, and indeed nothing to do with anything rising. Something lost in the translation from the Irish.
Anyway, good to see Browne’s doing good business.
