Bloody Sunday Commemoration and Speaker
On Friday, January 30, 2009 at the Irish Museum & Cultural Center (IMCC) in Union Station, there is a Bloody Sunday Commemoration with guest speaker Matt Morrison, a survivor of Bloody Sunday talking about about his personal experiences of that very significant event in recent Irish history.
Morrison, an ex POW and chair of the Irish American Unity Conference, will accompany a screening of the movie about the day, local balladeer Rob Gavin will provide music and refreshments will be served.
Time: 6:30 pm
Admission: $5 suggested donation, 18 and younger free
