3rd IBAs: Nominees for Best Designed Blog
Mostly for the benefit of the large number of new readers on board these last couple of weeks, but also for posterity, here’s some link love.
This site has been shortlisted in the Irish blog Awards in the category for Best Designed Blog. This design started from a wordpress theme (see the credits at the very bottom), which I then tweaked and tweaked, and created new graphics for, and then tweaked and tweaked some more.
The theme wasn’t really designed to be messed with much but I have butchered it, adding functionality, removing elements, and constantly seeking to improve it for the purposes of peforming the job of the two intertwined blogs that it really is.
The awards bash takes place this Saturday, March 1, 2008 in Dublin, and I will be among the 400 attending.
