What do Irish tourists want?
This is a Smoked Salmon question.
I don’t mean Irish tourists want smoked salmon - though they may - no, I’m referring to the age old debate of what constitutes Irish smoked salmon.
Does Irish salmon smoked in Scotland count? Or is that just smoked Irish salmon? And what of the Sottish salmon brought to Ireland and then smoked? That would be Irish smoked Scottish salmon? Is the only true Irish smoked salmon Irish smoked Irish salmon - if you know what I mean?
So with all that in mind what’s an Irish tourist in this context? An Irish person, a tourist, in Ireland or abroad, or could it mean tourists not Irish but in Ireland because that would be the industry of Irish tourism, no?
Anyway, whichever it is, I’ve no idea what Irish tourists want.
Well except maybe to say that a higher proportion of tourists from Ireland, than from the US, would want the sun as part of their holiday. Not me though.
