Twittering Paintings

Well before I could even blog it, the latest painting, Doolin II, sold. It sold in minutes, thanks to Twitter.

So both paintings added into the sale today sold quite fast to fellow Twitterers. I’m still hoping to add in 3 more paintings for the last few hours of the sale. It ends at 6pm Irish time (noon Kansas City time) and again I’ll announce them on Twitter first.

Update: I added just one more - a painting of Listowel and it sold with a couple of minutes of being placed on sale.

I should probably mention that at ~~4pm~~ 3pm I’ll be in Dublin city centre supping on a creamy Christmas Evie pint of stout so there’s a chance I may not get to the computer by 6pm to turn off the paintings sale. In that event I guess the sale lasts until I manage to end it.
