Time Switch for Gaelic Football: KC GAC Vs Twin City
An important notice for people interested in watching live one of Ireland’s national games.
There is a last minute switch of today’s Gaelic Footbal fixture in Kansas City. The KC GAC Vs Twin Cities match is being moved up to 1:30pm, and instead of doing 2 matches, now there will be just 1 fun match where everybody plays.
The reasoning behind this is that though there is snow on the ground, the field is playable right now. But there is also another band about to move through the area in late afternoon so it’s better to get the match in ASAP - plus, those of you with plans for the KU game can now do both. After a few of us on the board conferred with the Twin Cities, we decided that although this is far from ideal it is the best way to go.
Shawnee Mission East at 1:30pm is the place to be to watch some Gaelic Football in Kansas City today, March 20, 2010.
