Thinking and Thanking
If I may quote London Beat, and I may for this is my site - I could even quote Sonny Knowles if I wished - let me say that I’ve Been Thinking About You, Shi-pow-pow!. (seriously)
But more importantly other people have been thinking about me. And in case you read in different circles than I, well I’m going to post a few links to those nice words.
Some are Irish, some are of Kansas City, and some defy labelling as they furrow a lonely blogging road.
Or in other words, in this busiest week of the year for me online I am very busy away from the computer with something we tend to know as real life.
So this is me completing the jerking love of circular link:
• Sam met me in my Dublin
• emawkc liked my pint
• Medbh likened me to a jumpered Castro
• Sugar Planned Too Much Fun
• Deb had me as an Irish Jerry Garcia
• Nialler said it was superb to meet me (it is)
• Bock used a photofit to recognise me
Now I have missed breakfast through working so I am about to consume 4 pork products and call it breakfast. Or lunch. Or whatever it is. That is, I am about to eat an inordinate amount of black pudding, white pudding, sausages and rashers. We’ll talk in a bit.
Black pudding! Sheeshers. Never has the word pudding been so hideously hijacked. We call it marag - at least that way it sounds the way it tastes - like something a seagull coughed up.
