The Pale: Two Videos
Shane from Dublin’s The Pale dropped me a note saying nice things about Irish KC, which seems only fair considering my role in The Pale’s rise to fame in Turkey
Shane Wearen and Matthew Devereux of The Pale have been busy and have just finished recording their new album Contents of a Shipwreck and two new videos.
Good Ship, as featured on their “Final Garden EP”, was shot in the Bewley’s Cafe Theatre (the old Oriental Room in the historical building on Grafton St, Dublin).
And I’m including this video, Remember the Night because it’s perfect for showing Americans what it’s like to drive in Ireland:
If you’re already comfortable with driving in Ireland, and find yourself in Nenagh this coming Friday, February 23, then you can catch The Pale performing at K2 on Main Street for a bargain 12 euro.
Excellent job by the Pale., grand song! There is also a great clip in the film ‘Hear My Song’ ( about tenor Joseph Locke! ) of d’ould Morris Minor tearing thru the countryside to the tune called ‘(something) for a new found harmonium’
