St Patrick’s Day 2010 at Raglan Road in KC

I’m told that Raglan Road Irish Pub in downtown Kansas City are having “One Mad Irish Party” on Wednesday, March 17, 2010.

U2 tribute band, Elevation, who they’re describing as the country’s best U2 tribute band - fighting talk around KC parts - will be performing at Raglan Road in KC on St Patricks Day.

Based in Toronto, Canada, Elevation have been together since 2002, and they’ve played Raglan Road before, or at least Bono, AKA Shawn Brady of Elevation has.

NOTE: I should add that the band on their own website say they are playing the other Raglan Road, the one in Florida, on St Patrick’s Day at 9pm. So with the concert in KC scheduled to begin at 12 noon, well there probably won’t be time for too many encores.
