Post #3000
This is post number 3,000 here on Irish KC.
IrishKC is over 2 and half years old and in that time has had close to 600,000 pages viewed by about a quarter of a million unique visitors.
Typically about 70% of readers are based in the US with most of the remainder based in Ireland. Feel free to ask me about advertising.
Anyway, things will continue as is for now, with the main column concentrating on the 2 personal blog series of my current life in a cottage in Ireland, and my 1996 bicycle trip across America.
The Irish news and events for Kansas City and beyond will continue in the other column.
There are actually hundreds of other pages which aren’t officially posts because I created them outside the timeline for navigational house-keeping purposes, and yadda yadda yadda.

I wouldn’t be too sure that your 3000 post really warrents a happy birthday. Surely it should be more on the lines of Happy 3000th post or summat like that? In the meantime you should keep the birthday word for when IKC turns 3!
