O’Malley’s St Patrick’s Day Festival
Everybody else in the Kansas City area might be having parties or hoolies, but O’Malley’s Irish pub of Weston, Missouri are going further.
O’Malley’s are having a festival. There’s no other way to describe it. Two stages of live Irish music, singing and dancing, featuring:
• Bob Reeder
• Tullamore
• Ellis Island (down from Omaha)
• The Mickey Finns (in from New York)
Saturday, March 17, 2007 from 11am — 1:30am.
There will of course be food described as traditional, and if you have it every March 17th then it is traditional. Think Fish and chips, Beef and Guinness, Bangers and mash, and Irish stew.
And wash all that good stuff down with the unique O’Malley’s Cream Ale, or maybe some Guinness on tap, if that’s your cup of tea, as it is mine.
For good measure the pub will be doing its thing also the night before, Friday March 16, 2007 from 4pm until 1:30am , with Ellis Island performing from 8pm until midnight.
And then on Sunday, March 18, from 3pm to 9pm, the brave Bob Reeder is scheduled to do it all over again.
