KC Irish Fest Street Closures
I’m pretty sure it’s mistaken, but the Kansas City Star is reporting that “the following streets will be closed from 9 a.m. Thursday to 10 a.m. Monday for this weekend’s Irish Fest at Crown Center:
- - Grand Boulevard from 25th Street to Oak Street
- - Pershing Road from Grand Boulevard to McGee Street, including the intersection of Pershing Road and Grand Boulevard
- - Washington Square Park”

Mistaken because Grand doesn’t run to Oak, as they’re parallel (give or take a bend). I imagine the Star means OK Street not Oak Street, which is that thing that runs behind Washington Square Park from Union Station to 22nd St.
