It’s Not Me Missus - It’s The Database
Living in the world of stereotypes, yesterday I traveled from the land of the little people to the land of the big people.
And I took a few photographs of what flying from Ireland to America is like in January. But I haven’t been able to share them with you, or anything else with you for that matter, because my webhosting people have been having database problems.
So I’m back in the land where light switches work the opposite way, and hot and cold taps are now cold and hot faucets. See what I did there?
And why am I in America? I have to see a man about a dog. Well that’s the official line anyway.
The dog for its part seems very excited, official line or not.
It’s been 4 months I’ve been away from Kansas city so I’m off now to play spot the difference. Well, once I’ve had a couple of pots of tea I am. For the sleep watchers among you I decided to go to bed last night, or what Irish people call 9am, and I don’t mind telling you that my body aches now. I’m not doing that again.
In a while so we’ll talk again. We’ll share photos and stories, and we’ll have great crack. And I’ll even post a whole load of stuff about Kansas City that’s just been sitting in draft waiting for this moment when once again we are just one big happy family.
