[ Irish KC ] is Making Some Changes
[ UPDATE: A mere 36 hours later and the site is restored. Onwards. ]
Changes are being made, and despite however different the site may look when you are looking at it this weekend of April 19 and April 20, 2008 - the changes are being made in the background.
You’ll recall I advised the world to upgrade to WordPress 2.5? Because otherwise you were vulnerable to security weaknesses that could cause you to get thrown out of Google - like my site American Hell ?
Well, some offline distractions had me leave Irish KC where it was - at WordPress 2.2 - but now since I am making some other changes behind the scenes (Irish KC has changed where it is hosted) I’m doing the upgrade as well. In for a penny, in for a euro.
Normal service of Irish events in Kansas City, about the life of an artist who lived in Kansas City and returned to Ireland 8 year later, is being resumed. Fully resumed.
Watch this space. Or one just like it.
Any comments left on this post are not likely to be included in the restored upgraded site that is on its way. Oh look - the kettle’s boiled!
