The Answer is Blowing in the Wind
FIRE! Kennedy’s Bar Fire Photos HERE
So yesterday we had snow on top of the snow on top of the ice, before in the middle of the night we had screaming winds outside that somehow were blowing my venetian mini-blinds on the inside of the house while dropping more snow, albeit in a sideways manner, on the outside.
From my window as I watched over half a dozen cars slide off the road yesterday, I was thinking the great thing about not driving a car in Kansas City is that it doesn’t break down in the snow. I do really miss my boots, though.
So now it’s the weekend and I’m painting more warm scenes of Ireland, yet not finishing them you’ll notice. I have just counted them and I have twenty-seven nearly-finished paintings of Ireland. And because I like you all so much…well okay, not all of you…but anyway, I promise not to start any more new paintings until I finish several existing ones.
Meanwhile you are saying, what about Kansas city, what about Irish events in the Midwest? Yes event posting may seem a little slow, but only on the surface. In reality I am here behind an emerald curtain (curiously blowing in the wind) working away on Irish KC so events and so much more will appear in an easier than ever to find fashion.
Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going outside to photograph my icicles.
