Nobody’s Child #32
Although it’s not uncommon for me to be up a tree, and you may well catch the odd picture of me up one, it’s not often you see a picture of me smiling, here on Irish KC - at least not the right way up.
And I’m hoping not to make a habit of it, but this is a photograph of me and my son.

Very nice. As a member of the highly screwed up childhood club myself I am always a tad envious of friends with childhood photos. I am currently annoying my son with constant requests for him to hold still for the camera.
Nice one.
Funny to see you without the full beard too but it must have been way too hot for a full one in summertime KC.
Awwww - what a cutie! (Your son.) Thanks for sharing with us!
What a beautiful poignant picture. You look so happy!
Joe - I’ve been lucky in both roles, though with the transition into the digital era I’m still trying to collate what I have. The stuff from my own childhood is in a couple of suitcases.
Sam - Actually I never did heed the seasons when it came to the hair on my face; it was more just a whim of a trim or the inaction of not bothering. I often was very haired of face in the dog days. Beardtrimming for heat would be like switching from Guinness for the summer!
Patricia - Yes. Despite my verbose nature there’s an awful lot that I haven’t shared to date, but I’m changing that now - and proudly.
Deborah - There was a branch tickling me!
Sweet photo!
Gorgeous boy, Eolai.
I can see the bond of love.
