MySpace: Kansas City Irish
Some time over a year ago I created a page on MySpace for Irish KC.
I prettied it up a bit, and uploaded some photos of paintings.
And then I left it alone.
Until Saturday when I added a few people. It’s still early days, but Irish KC is no longer dormant on MySpace. Have at it:
The blog there will mostly link to here, though there will be extra entries also. And, ah look, you either care or you don’t. If you do, you’ll see what will happen over there. And if ya don’t, did I mention I was low on milk again?
Oh, and I must add it to the big list of Kansas City on MySpace page.
for those of us who don’t use myspace, plonk urself on bebo… oh and as an irrelevancy… i got meself me own computer. Tis about half the size of this boxroom. And it tells me now that its about time for me to go to bed.
Em, actually I plonked myself on Bebo also last year - and again I told almost nobody about it.
But no, I’m not about to manage multiple instances of my world on competing social media - I’d be there forever, and anyway the whole world is moving onto FaceBook, where I also gingerly placed myself only fairly recently.
I’ll keep watching the world migration to Bebo, and if it doesn’t happen then I might pretty up my Bebo. But I suspect if it doesn’t happen something else new will. MySpace is diabolical in all but usership and enthusiasm so has to be respected for that (and that alone) but it has been waiting to fall since it first became popular, and it will.
I’ll meet ya halfway on Twitter.
