Father and Father Away
A year ago today I wrote this about Fathers’ Day.
Such is the annual nature of holidays that not much is different a year on.
And that’s why I didn’t phone my father in Ireland today, though I think my parents may even be away for the weekend. I recall talk of Sligo. And only weeks after some days in West Cork. That’s not a bad life.
