Speaking of Eleanor McEvoy, Balcony TV, Ireland’s tiniest TV station, which is set on a balcony on Dublin’s Dame Street in the form of daily short videos, is growing up and beyond the almost exclusively unsigned acts that defined its beginnings.
Yesterday Eleanor, she who’s responsible for the biggest selling Irish album of all time (with a little help from her friends), was singing about stuff related to the Tiger economy of Ireland’s recent times (an invention we spoke of ourselves quite recently):
