Half-Price Irish Movies
CinemaNow are offering a bunch of Irish, and Irishish, movies at half price until Sunday, March 23, 2008. It’s a St Patrick’s Day promotion.
I’m only mentioning it because I’ve used CinemaNow’s online rental service and found it to be the best of all comparable services such as MovieLink, Guba, and whatever AOL call their thing. Rental means you get to download the movie and then watch it within a certain time frame. We’re talking legal here too.
Anyway, Omagh, Ryan’s Daughter, Waking Ned Devine, In America, War of the Buttons, The Informer, and Once, are among the 16 films included in this special offer.
Just a heads up for those to whom such a service makes sense.
