Eddie Delahunt on St Patrick’s Day 2007
This St Patrick’s Day you can expect to see Eddie Delahunt perform at the venues he plays his regular weekly slots, i.e. the Westsider and O’Dowd’s on the Plaza.
Before then, on Friday March 16, 2007, Eddie is playing downtown at the Marriot with long-time collaborator John Morris at 4:00pm (Phone 816.421.6800). And that pushes Eddie’s regular gig in Mike Kelly’s Westsider in Westport to the later time of 9:00pm
2007 will also be Eddie’s first year where he has his coffee shop, Delahunt’s Cafe &. It doesn’t matter what he plans there will be a crowd there in the morning. Eddie has told me there will be music there, but after the success of Cafe &’s inaugural Thanksgiving and Irish New Year, it’s likely to be in huge demand. Go early. Get drunk later.
