Christmas Curry
So yesterday was the sixth day in a row of eating turkey. The big roast dinners, the sandwiches, the makey-up dinners, and finally yesterday a variation on the tradtional Holiday Curry - Christmas Curry Chowder.
Based on rashers and spuds - to go with the last of the turkey and ham. And I have enough left over for lunch. Seven days in a row so.
Much as I admire how my mother at this point would produce a second turkey, tonight I’m eating pizza.
