Brew Year’s Eve in Weston, Missouri
O’Malley’s Irish Pub and the Weston Brewing Company are celebrating a new annual event.
This Saturday, April 7, 2007, Brew Year’s Eve is marking the date - April 7, 1933 that it became legal to drink beer again. I must confess that there are so many dates regarding prohibition and its repeal that I can’t follow all of them. And shouldn’t the Eve be the sixth?
Anyway all you need to know is that more than 15 Missouri beers and four live music acts will help O’Malley’s mark their Brew Year’s Eve on the Saturday. Did you know there were that many beers in Missouri? -Not counting that place in St Louis, I mean.
