Bob Reeder at Mike O’Roark Benefit
Mike O’Roark is more famous than I’d ever have the time to go on about.
So instead I’ll tell you about a benefit do for Mike.
On Sunday, August 17, 2008 in Finnigans Hall in North Kansas City, the family and friends of Mike O’Roark are raising money to help offset expenses in Mike’s ongoing battle with cancer.
“For The Love of Mike” starts at noon and includes auctions (traditional and silent), plus live music from Bob Reeder, Jim Eaton & the Whiskey Benders and, depending upon Mike’s health, The O’Roark Brothers.
$20 donation provides access to music, auction, and cash bar.
Finnegan’s Hall is located at 505 E 18th Ave, next to the North Kansas City Bowl (Old Gold Buffet).
