The last time I went to Roundstone I kept wondering how to capture the boats in a painting without actually painting them. I still wonder that. It’s impossible not to like travelling around Connemara, but this painting makes me think of stopping for a bowl of soup.
This painting continues around the sides, which are 0.75″ wide.
