I spend a lot of my time looking at leaves on trees. I’m particularly attracted to the last few leaves that hang on to a tree in late autumn, and enjoy walking around looking at them so that they’re backlit by the sun. This is the third in this series of Golden Leaves paintings. The first two are sold and I don’t know if I’ll do any more.
