The Four Courts is probably the building in Dublin that I have drawn and painted the most. This is somewhere in between a painting and a drawing really. And this version has trees unlike this painting and this mural.

So the sale price of just $45 is what you pay in total to purchase this painting and have it shipped to your door.
To keep my shipping costs down this painting will probably be shipped in a tube rather than my usual and preferred method of flat in an archival sleeve - but I might manage to ship this one flat, we’ll see.
