Indulgers new CD ‘Out in the West’
If you remember a balmy Kansas City evening at a Festival in Berkley Park three years back, you’ll remember the part The Indulgers played in your evening. Well they haven’t gone away you know.
Well okay they have, but not very far really. They’re based in Colorado.
The Indulgers‘ new CD Out in the West was released on an independent label on Independence Day. This CD, The Indulgers‘ sixth, has 13 new songs and is about
the west and the immigrants who laid the foundations for us all on the new frontier
Out in the West is available from CD Baby and from Amazon.
Tracks from older Indulger CDs can be listened to on their MySpace page, but as ever on Myspace be careful where you click because before you know it one click and you’re out then in, you’re out then you’re in, like Flynn.
Tan and Black was always good name for an Indulgers CD, cleverly reversing the term made popular by marauding auxillaries and mixed Irish and British beers, thereby avoiding the heated nonsense that was to recently affect the newly launched ice cream bearing the same name by Ben & Jerry.
And for good measure, Cheyenne is the latest single by The Indulgers, with a new video to boot (you may need to click twice):
Damien from The Indulgers dropped me a note the other day after spending some time on Irish KC, and said some nice things. Hope the gang have a great gig in Aspen. I’m late for a game of footie.
