An Evening in Ireland (in Paola, Kansas, really)
On Saturday, March 3rd, 2007, An Evening in Ireland takes place at the Paola Community Center
Dinner: A traditional dinner of potato soup, Irish stew, soda bread and more, is served from 5pm -7pm by the Shamrock Study Club.
Music: Irish music is being performed live 5pm-9pm.
Paola’s own Irish balladeer, Rob Gavin, is performing, as are The Singing Sisters, the famous Rosalie and Rosemonde Deck, and Tullamore. The O’Riada Academy of Irish Dance will also have some of its very talented dancers dancing.
Tickets: Advance - $10 at Gail’s Glass and Collectibles, at the Paola Chamber of Commerce office and at the Community Center. At the door - $12 for adults.
