Late in the evening in Dublin city I love how the low sun shines along the river throwing much of the south quays into golden shades best viewed from the shadows of the north quays.
Were it brighter in this painting you would see the green Grattan Bridge - and I have such a painting in progress at the moment - but something tells me this might not be the last of the sunset lit Dublin paintings.
Note: Because this painting is narrow the photo here makes it look small - it is actually 90cm (30″) x 30cm (12″)
