Painted on location in Clew Bay on my recent painting tour of Ireland, this is the view of Clare Island from the pier at Lecanvey - when I climbed up onto the top to see out the bay. This was while I was spending most of th day looking the opposite direction so I could paint this view of Croagh Patrick
The sky is a bit warmer in the painting than I’ve managed to capture it with the photograph.

This painting is now SOLD.
Note : Clare Island is painted on an archival mat board and will need framing.
