Painting: Arran Quay, Liffey Steps
Arran Quay, Liffey Steps
40cm x 30cm (16ins x 12ins)
canvas
€175 (Shipping €11)
SOLD
For years I wanted to paint the facade of Arran Quay’s ‘Man of Arran’ pub. But I emigrated and when I came back there was a place called Voodoo there instead.
For years before that I wanted to photograph the walls on a building on the quay. But the day I got my act together - which means I remembered my camera - I discovered Bargaintown had painted the walls while I was pondering.
I still like this series of buildings; maybe if you’ve shopped in The Waterfront or the Slovak shop, or had a tattoo from Inkwell, you do too.
If you’re known to me you could always pay me direct and save me the processing fees. Direct means personal cheque/check, account transfer, or that stuff called cash.
With shipping included the price of 186 EUR is what you pay in total [Update: This painting is now SOLD]
Arran Quay, Liffey Steps is painted on canvas - including its sides which are 1.5cm wide.
