President says Irish aren't Special
The Irish President, Mary McAleese, speaking in Montana on her US visit, has said she believes some seeds of hope have been sown this week to help solve the US immigration problems. Very Chance Gardner that, sowing seeds of hope.
Mrs McAleese added that she would not expect a special case to be made for the undocumented Irish, who were a 'tiny minority' of the estimated 12 million undocumented in the US. But we're white, I can almost hear somebody saying.
