The Elders reviewed

On Musical Raindrops, Ellen K has posted her personal review of Saturday night's Elders gig at Truman High School in Independence, MO.
They did Fisherman's Blues. I haven't heard that one from the Elders for a while. That was a real treat. It's a great song and the Elders do it so well. Ah, I'd love to have a recording of the Elders playing that one. Ah well.
Ellen is major Elders fan and regular poster on the Elders' messageboard, and Musical Raindrops is always a great read, and includes Ellen's reviews of Eileen Ivers and Immigrant Soul from when they played in Lawrence, KS last month; and other Elders' gigs such as the Paddy's Day Hoolie.

Handy Irish Phrase: Bíonn siúlach scéalach   (Travellers have tales to tell)
