Eileen Ivers: Irish Fiddle on Fire

You have been in love with Eileen Ivers since she spilt all that blue paint on her fiddle and brought it to the Brookside Irish Fest all those years ago. So that's an Irish fiddle, you said.

That tends to be the effect Eileen's fiddle playing has on people. The St Petersburg Times in Florida has published a great review of Iver's playing, with her band Immigrant Soul, in the recent Florida Orchestra pops concert series, entitled Eileen Ivers: Irish Fiddle on Fire.

You'll find quotes like: "the most exuberant reels", "a joyous surprise", "the most tender Irish ballads", "singularly invigorating music", "fiery playing", "hauntingly beautiful", "amazing four-piece band", but you already knew all that.
